I’m exhausted. Had a long day.

Confession:
When I give a deep tissue massage, I’m not as patient with tissue that won’t let go as I was taught to be and would like to be.

Oracle:
– Been finding coins on the street every day.
– Breaking glass items (bowl, jar, poster frame glass) every few days for a couple of weeks.

Body:
– Started a homeopathic detox.
– Rode my bike up some hills.
– Annual exam.

Virtue/Vice:
Vitrtue: no sugar.
Vice: didn’t eat enough.

Relinquish:
Vanity is slipping away every day that I look at my self-hair cut. Trying to be okay with having boring hair.

Thinking about Shiva all day.

Had many appointments for me and by me and completed everything on time and as I wanted to.
